Working at Lithotech has been a great experience for me.

Me as a Sales Support Administrator report to the Sales Executive, to provide administration and liaison support services. To ensure continuous efficiency to the relevant customers. As Sales Support I am required to be able to actively find solutions to client needs and to manage the order processes. I also effectively execute all administration duties of the division as directed by my manager. I also help out by getting quotes for best possible prices and making out quotations to our buyers. I currently work with the Shoprite & OK Funiture store group, with queries and giving them reports. My most challenging part of my job is to work with the Sales Director , we have a different day everyday :) . My relationship with my co-workers is that we are together for most of the day so we need to tolorate each other in the good and bad ways.

Pros: This has made me a stronger person.
Cons: Being a stronger person make me weak because i always strive to to my best and dissapoint myself if i caNNOT ACHIEVE THAT.

STOCK CONTROLLING -

.TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES READING OF EMAIL INVOLVING TRANSFERS OF STOCK AND STOCK RELATED QUERIES. OVERSEEING THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT AND GIVE CONSULTATIONS TO EVERY INTERNAL DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE ORGANISATION. MUST HAVE A WELL WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERNAL STAFF AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO I USE IN RESOLVING INVESTIGATION RELATING TO STOCK LOSSES AND GENERAL STOCK QUERIES. TREATING EVERYBODY AT WORK WITH RESPECT COUNTS FOR ALOT WHEN DEALING STOCK INVESTIGATIONS THUS THE FIRST THING YOU ENCOUNTER IS DEFENSIVE NATURE OF COLLEGUES WHEN CONDUCTING INVESTIGATIONS.
