A learning curve

The companies employees are wonderful to work with but unfortunately management needs to be more proactive and give more direction to the staff below them.

Pros: Client stastifaction is always a bonus
Cons: work is not appreciated and no assistance from managers

I get lot of experience

The culture was not so good were I was working, the people all most it was Zulu s so they did not want to to communicate with you cause of their language. My relationship with my co_worker was very good we had a great relationship with him. And for myself I learned more and to know more about the code of the components, meaning code of tapes. I enjoy working every little bit of my work I enjoy it

A brand that us nog surviving the current economy

Brilliant brandsthat should be doing much better. Brands are Cobra, Vaal, Lib. ra, Apex, Grohe I have found that the company since been bought over by the Japanese Co Lixil has not adapted well.

Pros: Great bunch of staff
Cons: Senior staff are clueless

Excellent learning curve as o grew withing the company.

aI I enjoyed working with people always learning new stuff. We had hectic but productive days.i learnt alot andbamnvery grateful to Lixil. The most challenging I would say was dealing with some of the customers.had an excellentni excellentnre

We work as a team, we discuss every major breakdowns and share ideas on how to improve our skills on a field or trade, I enjoy to work as a team and I learnt to respect everyone on the workplace, the was no really challenging things cause working as a team made us to defeat every single challenge
