Currently in the market looking for growth and to expand my knowledge within the recruitment and selection sector. Work very well with my coworkers. I enjoy the fetch that i deal with people on a daily basis and i get to change someone's life by getting them employment.As a person you need to make sure that not all humans a honest so one must make sure that you cover your tracks as much as possible. Even doing vetting process first i have had a lot of dishonest people.

Cons: Someone who shouts

Great working opportunity

Learning opportunity and exposure to the industry. Learning more about recruitment processes and placements. Working on placement partner daily. Typing minutes and assisting consultants with meeting deadlines. A lot of team work makes it easy to work.

Pros: Great working experience
Cons: Work overload. Traveling expenses too high and salary not high enough.
