A brief description about my current job
Presently I’m doing an Internship which is ending on 30 May 2018. And In have an experience in multitasking skills which includes working at the reception and I'm also computer literate. My main job description/responsibilities is multitasking in Learning Programme Department. My main job function is to verify the supporting documents of learners by checking/quality by assuring the applications and afterwards do a payment requisition. Capturing Payments and filling of the supporting documents. Communicating with stakeholders telephonically and giving feedback. Sometimes working at the reception. what i have learnt in my current job is time management and being able to work under pressure and also work in teams. I also learned that you have talk with customers/stakeholders politely and in a respectful manner and be patient when you assist them. I am hard working individual who pays a very serious attention to everything she does and I'm willing to learn.I work good with people.
Pros: I have gained experience in a lot of things because i was multitasking
Cons: I face new challenges everyday

Great environment for learning but less opportunity for growth
the reporting structure is great, the layout of the office is great and friendly. There is compliance within different department. in finance department we relay on compliance of other department as to ensure that payment are made on factual documents, I verify payment requisition on daily basis against the supporting documents then prepare a payment verification sheet to be submitted to my manager for payment Authorization, then upon payment, I send the proof of payment to the service provider and then file all documents to the store room.
Pros: great exposure to the world of work
Cons: no promotion opportunities regardless of effort and poor stipend

Excellent learning curve
LGSETA is a great place to be because everyday is a new day of learning and new possibilities.• I have excellent numeracy skill, competent knowledge of Management Accounting and internal controls related to financial information. • I have good Interpersonal skills, I conduct myself ethically always and I am a team player. • I am a proficient computer user, competent in Microsoft office, Excel, Microsoft word and Microsoft GP Dynamics. • I pay attention to detail • Project management skills • I have good work ethics and excellent time management • Project Management Knowledge
Pros: Great environment to learn and everyday is a learning curve
Cons: stipend is less than other SETA's
