I would like to work for company that will provide growth and career advancements. Diversified organization with opportunities for all. Transparent in terms of hiring, promoting and compensating. Company where hardwork is identified and acknowledged. Company that will also create an invironment to make mistakes and provide an opportunity to rectify them.

Pros: I enjoy and prefer fair and equity when promoting, hiring, selection and development
Cons: I don't mind working long hours for the organization. I don't take mistakes and failures personally

ELECTRICIAN

I completed my Matric in 2006, I completed N4 Electrical engineering heavy Current in 2010 I started working as an electrical assistant in 2011 I worked as a semi skilled electrical from 2012 until 2015. I completed my electrician trade test section 26d in 2017 I receive my electrician appointment in 2017 to date I am looking forward to be a Biggest engineer I am a hard work who can work as a team and alone

My Current job is highly exciting and challenging at the same time. I work to service employees under welfare and sports. I do a lot of travelling to the employees families relating to welfare and benefits.

Very good company to work for with reasonable working hours Good relationship with management and co worker gained experience in supervision and handling complaints Also gained extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and basics of PLC Most challenging thing is to work with different people's charactors

I enjoy learning new tricks of mining and wish to advance my knowledge and experience in mining.

I am a strict person but very fare.I am very respectful and like to be respected too.I am a hard worker and eager to learn about new challenges.I don't like lazy and sturborn people.I am very dedicated to my job and hate failing when performing tasks.I hate absenteeism with all my heart.

Pros: As I am working for contract there are promotions.
Cons: I don't have a problem of working long hours if I need to achieve my goals.

Cover letter

My day to day work defers every day because at the beginning of a shift allocation is done by supervisor on what type of analysis to do each day. This includes standard preparation, icp-oes and MS operations, xrf operations, water analysis, reporting results, lims administration, troubleshooting ext.I'm hardworking determined person, willing to learn from others. Easy to communicate with. Like working with team members. Im stationed at the wet chem section but im spent most to my tea break abd lunch learning more about fire assay. Most challenging aspects of the job would be lifted heavy equipments.

Pros: Exposure to learn more about mining and also the best safe place to work at. 12 year of LTI free working place
Cons: Less chances of getting promoted

Good worker

I worked good and cooperate with everyone the reason I left the company is because my contract expired and I didn't wana renew it was risky there,but I enjoyed myself.
