Safety is the essential
The difficult days of my life is when these fatal in my section it's a very hectic day of my life.so I'm doing all i can to preventing accidents from happening yes of course working hand to hand with employees pleasing systems amending principle making sure they apply them in their working premises.but even after all that there are accidents gonna occur because employees like to do short cuts it is in their nature.what i like to see it's my company to grow big and be the assets on that transaction,with 1,000,000 million fatal free shifts.in this field it's hard when u lost the life of colleague and u know u could have done something.

Great place to work
It is a great place to be creative . You are coached and grown by great managers . People are great to work with ! Co workers are like family enjoyed the enviroment even if challenged it was the best family yet to learn in. A typical day was started with prayer ( voluntary ) and planning . All knew what they were doing and how to get it done . People respect one another and the maturity helped one grow even when you make a mistake . The growing is daily as every day has its own challenges being a mine .

Mineral Resources Officer
I am a mineral Resources Officer, my job responsibility is to collect information from underground, and capture the information to the Mineral Resources Management System and minecad system, providing training to the Mining Supervisors. and reporting daily duties to the Senior Mineral Resources Officer. I am enjoying interacting with people and ensuring that they are happy and I am also providing information they require at an expected time without any delay, and in case of any delays I am making sure that I am updating them often.
