Team environment where everyone is a team player with great supervisors who appreciate effort and appraise performance, practice fair labour rules. Learnt to function under pressure , job allocation to co-workers and full responsibility. Fair job rotation amongst employees. Everyday is a typical work day as challenges is motivation to me.
