I have learnt to enjoy work and the people around me. This keeps me positive and motivated.
I take my work very serious and always do my best! I am so used to strict deadlines that I sometimes need to remind myself to relax and breathe. All together LSC Masakhe became part of who I was. Unfortunately due to a personal dispute, I resigned and now I am looking for work. I am a great team worker and get along with everyone. I have learnt to enjoy work and stay positive. I try to stay motivated on a daily basis and I try to motivate the people around me. A friendly environment keeps me happy and that is what I enjoy most in a company. I am used to be very, very busy at work with challenges every day. I want to learn more and go further in Administration and be the best I can be.
Pros: Good working environment with fun and Loveing people
Cons: We were under staff and working hours became very long. Working yourself up in the company was not going to happen.

I am dedicated hardworker
It is a great experience for me because I learn a lot of things about warehouse environment. During my I become employee of the month for so many times even my manager says to me I am a godsend to him.
Pros: Working in this company I have learn lots of thing that I will never know it

First thing I enjoyed picking because it's something I have passion in it.
FirstFirst thing I enjoyed picking because it's something I passion in it and also got chance of knowing other positions in the warehouse but never given any opportunity to pursue it. The leadership was poor because they didn't want to hear a thing from someone who's working under labour broker so we worked under fear of losing the job .

Outstanding learning experience
The current company i am working at has taught me a lot about discipline and customer service. What i enjoy is i get to experience a glimpse of sales and Marketing

Excellent learning curve
We work long hours, weekends need to be on standby. Jump when a client requesters something and need to be on your feet allot and ensure all mails are answered and payroll are submitted on time to avoid delays in payment

King hlebela learning curve
I was working at lsc masakhe it was great and amazing to work under them and the hospitality it was incredible i really enjoyed being with them and I really learned a lot from from my job and i am grateful

Excelent leanning
Im a hard wworker. Ii can fit ayn position acording to licences and qualification I have -code 8 licence -reachtruc -ride on. I work long hours. In easly learning

Good place for leaning other expets
its every day smart work planning routs and doing follow up on drivers. my relationship with my co-works its grate i get assistance from time to time and they are always willing to help.i have learnt that working as a team and sharing ideas always gives good results. i enjoy most working with my team, contacting my customers first hand when its necessary.the most challenging aspects about my work its when i have break downs /or if the trucks are delaying dew to lack loading.

Excellent working experience
It very good working enviroment because of the good relationship among the workers. LSC Masakhe is an agent company and it recruited workers. So we are recruited for Dunlop/Sumitomo warehouse in Port Elizabeth, we are working very hard there everyday but LSC is underpaying us because a general worker under Dunlop/Sumitomo is getting more than double our salary. I enjoy picking different tyres. The most challenging aspect of the job is we have to offload two trucks a day and pack the tyres, we have more than hundred different tyres and each truck may have more than 2700 tyres.
Pros: None
Cons: There's no appreciation though most of the time we go extra miles.
