Learning curve and brilliant company to work for

They believe in empowering young unskilled people. they put their employees first and always look out for their best interest. the work environment is great we are like one big family always helping each other out and a great team.

Working as a promoter was very challenging due to there are lot of promoter who sells the same things around one area, some already know the consumers, other basically living there, I learned how deal with consumers with very polite and gently smile to attract them, my co -workers were always supportive and good to during our daily works but. I've learnt to love and enjoy what I'm doing, but one thing that made me to live was, my salary and our supervisor had this thing of favouritism and judgemental to some of our co-workers

Cons: long walking hours of the days without break

Great learning opportunities

Month end and year and are the most busy days in our department. Company changing the way the do things at month end becomes challenging for one to adjust and learn.

Pros: No room for promotions
