Stepping stone for something better

Easy going, not working very hard. Safety culture and habits are a joke. Just there to cover the company legally, not really serious about safety of its people and or safety training. Some people are good to work with but others are snakes, just like any other company.

Pros: very laxed
Cons: bad salaries, treating people just as numbers.

Last resort

Not well paying, regular bad attitude towards employees. Personnel in factory are great to work with. Zero safety culture! Safety mentality is shocking.
