My work always neat always work hard help needed ill help my fellow employees out always at work shifts overtime always up for it cnc machinest worked on awea johnford fanuc and ctek.heavy press toolmaking experience in grinding spotting tools check parts for metrologist.injection moulding exellent aswell worked at ma automotive contract work 2years there all rounder but mostly on cnc machining

Gained a lot of technical skills

Attend to adhoc breakdown. Routine PM as per schedule. Support production and quality Attend start and end of shift meetings. Enjoy the unpredictable challenges at work (automation) working with the unknown. Continuous improvement is the most challenging but helps to learn.

Pros: Ambitious individual and strong character
Cons: Make-shift plans (no spares)

Excellent learning curve

I have a lot in terms quality management system,acting as voice of customers to deal with internal and external KPI's to eliminate customer complaint,defects and scrap as product process efficiency and effectiveness.

Excellent working operations and future growth

Start work at 6am daily and review previous day production. Daily production to improve on process and implementation of countermeasures to prevent occurring problems. Safety meetings Management meeting Union rep meetings Daily tasks

Very demanding

Deadline driven. Lots of different challenges each day. No one day like another. Enjoy most of the people that I work with. lots of pressure as company is very understaffed therefore have to be jack of all trades.

Diversified OEM experience

Automotive is a passion ever since my being employed in 1991, interaction and cascading of knowledge to the shopfloor is a key factor of my daily pattern, people knowing what they are dealing with in terms of the end user helps to build a better environment, and thus enables us as a competitive industry to be able to achieve the desired KPI, and sustain the market.

I have abilities to do my own investigation and understand things on my own

I am a strong individual who can achieve a level of excellent in any given task. I now understand how to operate CMM and do programming with Pcdimas software. I can work on my own and also I can be able to participate in a group and contribute positively. II am a self motivated person who love to experience new things , and I enjoy doin investigation in order to have a better understand
