Working at MacDonald give me a lot to learn of. Now I know how to hadle difficult customers how to work under pressure and how to reach the target of the company. It motivate me to become driven and out spoken person. What I like the most is the environment it always clean and neat. I work flexible hours monday to Sunday they gave us 2 day off. Most of the time we doing promotion that even interest me more. Employees are friendly and we always keeping our customers happy all the time. Both employees and employer's have the same goal to see company growth.

Quality goods and services

it is a good thing to work at Macdonald because I interact with new customers everyday at the same time I have to deal with customer complaints,my relationship with other employees is good because we work as a team in order to deliver quality goods and services.customer is always rights that's what i have learned in Macdonald .
