This is an excellent learning experience, working with different cultures and race.

Very busy environment on a daily basis. Manage about 30 staff members daily. Do hearings of staff and discipline when necessary, by issuing warnings. Get on very well with staff members, and understand their problems. Have learnt to understand the staff more by listening to them and their problems regarding transport etc. I enjoy working with people and helping where I can and trying to be very reasonable when they approach me with problems. The most challenging part of the job is managing the staff with regards to attendance and company policies.

Pros: Can buy stock at cost price. Good opportunities.
Cons: Long working hours with short notice.

Knowledge is king

Within this company I have learnt the importance of stock control, communication and planning Understanding delivery schedules With a planned daily calling cycle , understamding a variety of ranges knowing what you stock you have and availability is king your day gets turned upside down as you have an urgent matter to deal with is the part in find exciting

Great to gain experience

-Most days busy and some days are not. - good relationship with co-workers because they admire my personality. -i can work alone and within a team when given duties. -to be knowing what I am doing. -to pick the correct stock or work.

Excellent delivery all times

At Macneil we work as a team to ensure the work at the end of the day is complete . As people we are all different and that is a challenge but the most important thing is to understand each other for the sake of work. I enjoy my job and I don't have a specific time to knockoff . The most challenging aspects of my job is when I have to fix a mistake done by my coworkers we again work together to fix it since client is always right and our job is to make them happy all the time.

Pros: They are less opportunities for growth
Cons: Long working hours
