The company that I work does not realy give me any more challenges.

The company does not give me the change to better my self or work my self up in the company/firm. I have reached my potential in this firm and would like to move to a firm/company that gives me challenges and help me learn and better my self.

Need more experience

- I have a great relation ship with my co-workers - I have learned a lot - I enjoy the work - I work in 3rd party claims against the road accident fund, we do all the litigation and get the files ready for court and send out the briefs to advocates.
