When you taken to other department by rotating from your work station

it was nice and interstng working because the experience i have acquired should open doors for me because of the drive and dedication that i had for the job.i enjoyed working with those people because they were so supportive about work.The relationship i had with my co-workers was more of family thing because they always listen if you have personal problems.i have learnt a lot from my co-workers and willing to learn more because a single experience is never enough.The most challenging part of my job is when other employee dont show up to work and does'nt even call or send a message to tell that he/she will show up for that day.

Pros: Hardworking,dedication to be easily recognised
Cons: Making Extra Cash

My Job Evaluation

During PMDS Assessments, there is alot of work that i perform, i take minutes during the presentation of the Personnel and score their Points Accordingly. My relationship with my co-workers is very unique, We share anything that concerns each others Attention within the work environment. sometimes we also have our disagreements on certain procedures an ways on reaching our Objectives. I enjoy working on a Harmonius, conjusive workplace, with a mutual trust and integrity. also a work environment that gives each Individual a fair opportunity to advance in the workplace. compiling the TS101 form for more than 500+ Personnel.

Pros: confidentiality
Cons: Effective, Efficient and Accesible health care
