Excellent learning curve

I have learnt how to communicate with security officers on the ground and also giving solutions to the site managers if they experience any problems with the officers concerning payroll. i also enjoy working with my team because we work well under pressure and we work well as a team.

Busy industry

Being in the Security industry has taught me alot especially comming from a NKP background.Excellent location to work in and a very unpredictable day due to the responsibility that I have as an operations manager. People are friendly and you meet new people on a daily basis.

Pros: A large environmental to focus on
Cons: Not a place to obtain promotion easily
