Since I've worked in different departments, i learned a lot from the environment to the people there

Since I've worked in different departments, i learned a lot from the environment to the people there. Learned also to be patient with the people on site as they can be very troublesome when it comes to following rosters, submitting theit leave forms and sick mote which leads to incorrect hours and short salaries. The most challenging is when calculating hours but the days arent balancing. There's just so much pressure when it's towards payrolls and especially if you have time 2 payrolls which are the 15th and 31st.I enjoy knowing that all my hours for all the officers are correct and their salaries a.re correct and i wont be having pay queries.
