To gain experience in work area

creating job orders and stock reservation from SAP for artisans and doing the planning from line managers for their artisans,good team work, learned to be patient since i work with different people with different characters and i enjoy closing and verifying complete jobs. the most challenging aspect is having to draft reports of the works done as most artisans do not bring back their job cards in due time.

Pros: great learning opportunity
Cons: less remuneration

I had an opportunity the rotate in the finance department as a whole

Having an opportunity to initiate and write the policies and procedure manual for asset management and inventory and coordinate till the approval stage

Pros: being part of the good team,
Cons: lack of promotions as no one is willing to exit the company due to its comfortability,
