Excellent learning curve

Great working with a team often experienced positive conflict, learned hard work and good customer services and also team work what i enjoy the most is doing my job effectively the most challenging aspect of the job is working under pressure and simultaneously.

Good experience

I learn to be patient with customers and listen to what they want. Be able to handle money and count stock .i am hard worker fast learner i am willing to do anythng so i can gain experience

I have learned how to please customers and for them to feel more welcomed .

A typical work day for me would be to start off my day by counting a cash float,do stock taking,and verifying if the stock and the amount of tickets that got shredded the day before and the day I check the sheet is right to be on the money Worksheet. I then after have to make sure that all the machines are clean and safe to be played with,and the workplace is enchanting. After all that is done,I assist all the customers with anything they need assisstance with.

Call centre

Its an call centre agent I'm doing sales and marketing over the phone. I community with the clients all the time, I tell them about our product credit cards and loans. I like challenges about my job like how many people I talk to them
