It is a very excellent curve you in terms of expirience

The relationship between the coworkers is very good because we work hand in hand, we are a team. We enjoy every single day at work except for the fact that we do not get our salaries unless there are donations. We do not have a stable payment, so with the situation we cannot guarantee that we are working is like we are volunteers.

Pros: There is no way fpr promotion, just to gain some real life exposure
Cons: long working hours, sometimes on weekends, because there parents working on weekends

Good day at work, it also end with fatique

A very positive working environment because I am also enjoying to work around kids. We have a very good relationship with the other colleagues because of the Life Skill course that I attended, I can handle any kind of emotion that a person is expressing, actually I am a team player, can also work good under pressure. The most challenging part of this job is when parents come to the office and claim to have paid the monthly school fund for the kids, but because I studied communication I can definitely handle them. .

Pros: Good opportunity for promotion
Cons: 8 hours working day

Gaining expirience

We learn everyday about new things like being care givers to the kids during the day, in the other hand doing the admin job, we work hand in hand. It is very interesting to work around kids and growing crops but it is a voluntary job, we do not have a stable salary only a stipend, and I connot live upon it.The relationship with other co workers is very good.

Pros: Great way to gain expirience
Cons: Long working hours.
