Dynamic ICT Team leader

I am a passionate developer at heart with a love for finding the right architecture solutions in the best technologies but sticking to first principles of computer science when doing them. With most of our having been done in Africa IoT has been a natural fit to solving problems, with the added benefit that solutions have reuse. I grew up with a German work hard, play hard philosophy and apply a strict to the rule, soft to the person approach with my co-workers which I believe have lead me to success in optimizing teams to build multi platform solutions that make a difference to countries. My projects always go live, and my teams works agile as professionals I believe communications is the most important item in ICT. Most challenging aspect will always be the gap in vocabulary between development teams and business. Using the right words, models and appreciating that someone is paying for it and as computer scientist we need to be responsible to the cost .

best company with colleagues and gives lot of people opportunities to acquire more knowledge the company cooperate well with clients and best occupational environment you can work in
