Good for growth in training people

I've worked for 7 years (end 31 January 2018),and I've learned a lot starting from presentation administrative work ,being involved in skilling inmates some of them with little education background. Giving hope to a rapist,murderer and giving them a skill for them to survive while being rehabilitated.

Pros: Growth in my career mostly in skill training.
Cons: Administration work is part of joy.

I learnt a lot about changing bad publicity to good in protecting the reputation of the company.

I learnt a lot in formulating communication strategy, crisis management strategy, branding strategy as well as writing speeches for the principal and directors. The most challenging part of my job is during Student's strikes where I had to lose amongst all stakeholders to restore peace. There is a good relationship amongst fellow colleagues and the work environment is conducive. The management is very supportive of employees and that makes work easy.

Pros: I have dedicated my life to my work and have tried to learn a lot of things related to my job in that nobody can fit in my shoes
Cons: I have been working long hours and I make sure that there's no third party between myself and my principal unless authorised since massages become distorted.

Good

We are working together as a team also trust each other. I have learned to think for other person. I enjoy to work in a team coz when u work with a colleague you can avoid injury so safety comes first.

Cons: Long working hours.
