Exciting environment

Good environment with a lot of politics. Learned a great deal over a four year period of how diverse people are and different leadership styles, there is a lot of pressure but with the support from the team it gets better

Good experience

A typical work day you don't what to expect from the customers. The relationship with is very good, I learned a lot on the department that work under (camping) and understand the products. I enjoy receiving new products because I love new challenges. The most challenging aspects of the job is that the management doesn't appreciate the effort that one put at work.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
