Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Since of urgency and very accurate, and pay attention to details. A perfectionist at heart and a hard worker. Have vast experience in Telecommunications Industry and Retail Industry. Been an HR personnel for close to 6 years now. Have a BA Degree and currently studying an Honors Degree in Organisational Development and Industrial Psychology with Unisa.

Great working environment and excellent for gaining experience

This is an environment where one learns on a daily basis because you meat new people daily, deal with different characters from both clients and colleagues. It gives an electrifying experience since you deal with not only making sales but also have to solve problems whenever they arise and ensure that clients are always excited even after the initial service. It's also nice because it teaches one on how to deal with different attitudes and characters positively on a daily basis, especially colleagues because it's not easy to anticipate how your colleagues will behave on a daily basis. Challenges faced are mostly coming with customer expectations, which normally have to be met or a compromise has to be made for a customer to be happy.
