Excellent people skills

Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Since of urgency and very accurate, and pay attention to details. A perfectionist at heart and a hard worker. Have vast experience in Telecommunications Industry and Retail Industry. Been an HR personnel for close to 6 years now. Have a BA Degree and currently studying an Honors Degree in Organisational Development and Industrial Psychology with Unisa.

Excellent learning experience

Current company is a good company to work for, hours of work are too long. Good connection with most co-workers. Hostile trade union. CCMA cases, disciplinary enquiries.

Excellent learning

My workday is quite hectic, also there is never a dull moment. A typical day would start with running reports for management on how the previous days sales were and highlight any issues and trends that I may have observed. I have great relationships with co-workers as well as management. When my current department started 3 years ago i had the opportunity to see how much planning goes into creating the online shopping environment and I was able to give input as to what i felt might not work or that could benefit the business. I enjoy working with my internal (our call center agents) customers and helping them resolve their finance issues. Having to reconcile our credit card payments on promotion days, due to the volume.
