.the most challenging part of the job is dealing with hostile irate customers.
I thrive when working under pressure,so stokvel season was my favorite time of year. The management and staff are very supportive,but the only downside is that that customer can be hostile,irate and verbally abusive if they do not have their way,whether they are right about it or not.

Excellent learning curve
My current company is very successful business , always a opportunity to to develop , +/-1000 employees including outsorce staff , good salary to his employees , they also get shrinkage if they doing well try to curve shrinkage , always strive for excellent
Pros: Great opportunity if you willing to develop
Cons: 24 hours business operation , running two shift day and night operation.
