Indeed an excellent learning curve

Since the company was established in 2015 and working in the legal environment, this has been a n exciting experience for me since my background is in the Information Technology industry and its been an eye opener and a please to be exposed to the field. Its so exciting now that I have an idea of how things work more so that there are so many cases that are live on the television unlike before now I have an idea of what and how it happens. A typical day would be to check the email first thing in the morning and respond to those to respond to and download the relevant documents from other law firms.I would also draft summons or notices where necessary.I would also communicate with specialist doctors for clients appointments.I would also do general office work like filing and the like and register notices and summons received and served for the day. I also do the weekly backups to end the week in case of a crush on any of the office computers.

Pros: Great opportunity and exposure in the legal fraternity since I come from an IT background.
Cons: In addition t long working hours you always have to keep up with changes in the legal field to be abreast with what is happening in terms of advancement.

A great company to work for especially that it is a fairly new company.

The company is only two years in the business and has a very great potential for growth. The working environment is great and management is friendly and applies an open policy system for any issues to be addressed.

Pros: There is a great potential for growth.
Cons: Reasonable working hours
