Good Learning Opportunity
It was a good experience. I have learnt alot and grown alot. The hardest lesson I have learnt was that not everyone that laughs with you will stand for you. Most difficult challenge was being too helpful , not being able to say no and always getting in trouble for that. I really love my job Quality and Customer satisfaction is the two most important things too me it is what drives me.

Excellent learning curve and great oppertunity
fast pace call center , that works under pressure especially with the amount of inbound and outbound calls.As we offer job service as well educational services. We try to cater for clients needs. personally I would like to to think that my relationship with my co workers as well my team leaders.As I am a cheerful , bubbly as well as a positive person .I do bring a different positive vibe to work. What I've learnt is also the most challenging aspect about my job is patience , as i deal with different people everyday with different accents. what I enjoy the most is learning from them and their different backgrounds as well as from their experiences.

Excellent for experience
This work place assists in providing experience with sales and customer services, they have an excellent training material and they even provide learnerships, very professional working environment

Excellent learning curve
It taught me how to deal with difficult situations. Took me out of my comfort zone. You learn to work with different nationalities. I get to work give 100 %. It lacks stability. Work long hours. Learn to deal with difficult customers.

Sales agent
So a typical working is dealing with difficult clients and actually sell them great benefits for their vehicles. My relationship with co workers during working hours is great motivated always because it’s sales so we try to keep each other always energetic level. I have learnt how to deal with different type of people. Company learnt me phone ethics skills did a course as well. I enjoy the incentives hey run on a weekly basis.

Entry level to the workforce for matric. Good stepping stone
Sales consultant to local and international client: Moblie phone contracts Good communication and computer skills. Quick learner and willing to learn new tasks. Ambitious and hoping to study in 2017 via UNISA.
