It has been a great experience

A typical day includes working with guests and assisting guests with making bookings changes and queries. Checking in guests as well as assisting with boarding. My co-workers and I have a great relationship and work well in a team especially when there are delays. I enjoy working with people and the nice part of my job is getting to meet people from all over the world..

Excellent learning curve

- The company is wonderful to work for, the employees and environment is friendly and professional. - Ive had the greatest opportunity in harnessing skills that will assist me in my everyday work and home life. - I enjoy seeing our clients happy and satisfied with the service and assistance they receive on a daily basis.

It was an excellent learning curve

I have learned to work with people professionally. Mango has to taught to have good customer service skills, always smile and do make job to the best of my ability. I enjoyed meeting different people from different country’s everyday. It helped me learn some of their languages also.
