Excelent learning curve

i have been working for once of the well known big logistic compay for a long period. i have learnt to work with defferent poeple with unique behavoirs. it has been a greet journy of learning and training within the company. i have been able to work under pressure as we have a plan of offloading and loading per day. i am able to work loang hours and doing shift work

LEARNING BENEFIITS

I’ve built my experience within the transport industry thus giving me the opportunity to learn and adapt with the fast changing pace of logistics. Communication is one of my key aspects as i feel this is most vital in any business. I'm able to adapt & learn in most environments and always willing to grasp the opportunity to learn more.

Good environmene

- we work shift work with is 6 to 6 there is a dayshift and a night shift, we oparate 24hrs - we a good team and always learn from each ather -it is a good enveronment to be around but get tiring after a long time - we communicate with customers sometimes they are difficult when we have to call after hours

Cons: long working hours
