We strive to work as a team and think of new ways to make things easier for customers as well as our own work with out loosing out on quality of work. We work together to achieve the best service experience a customer can have and also we strive to help. each other. Fix right first time is key and with processes we can make it work. Dealer of the year 2019 and 2020. Can not be don't by yourself but with the right staff anything is possible

Pros: We look out for each other. We small group in this specific dealer.
Cons: There is no promotion for me beyond this point.

I'm willing to learn and always strive to do better.... As well as solve problems quick

I do all the diagnosing as well as acting Foreman activities. Looking to move forward in life. You learn something new everyday. When the service manager is not there I step in and start making calls on jobs.... Quality checks on all workshop work as well as explaining to customers

Pros: Learn a lot
Cons: No space of moving up in life..... Or working yourself up
