Love and excitement of the job

The salary is good and the co-workers are very magnificent even though we tend to disagree at some point but we end up having a permanent solution for every obstacle. Most jobs aren't done due to salary cause but the love of working and learning more skills and experience in the industry

Innovative and idea bringing within the circle

As a graphic designer I tend to design more work and promote the work online and get the work know by customer. My co-worker's are innovative and subjective to every single idea that we have on the work we have to submit. The most thing that I learnt is that you have to be innovative and work smart not hard. The relationship I have with the co-worker's is great as they tend to deliver at timr. The challenges i faced was the time frame that they gave us no matter how the computers are working or not we had to sacrifice to deliver the work.

Cons: Long working hours
