Good Competetive Sales work.
Good day, I work in telesales each day the amount of sales made determine what my salary would be at the end of the month hence my working hours are flexible just to achieve the target.We have team targets but each individual is competitive as we have the same resources to meet personal targets. I have since learnt to use my colleagues as motivators to always do better than my last performance.I enjoy the incentives we get at the end of the month if targets are met as they influence my commision structure as well. However the beginning of each month means i have no basic and have to start from scratch to meet required targets that determine how much basic one gets.Also we work on data supplied every month to us because we are all working on the same data it gets depleted before the end of the month and targets become difficult to achieve thereafter.

The job has no scope or challengies and it's takes more of your time.driving looking for.addresses.
Delivering hampers to clients which they have ordered for charity organization. Delivering around Gauteng like Pretoria, Vaal, East and West Rand. I got experience in Gauteng routes. I had to did address and companies in all areas. With my co-workers they depended on and I was trustworthy to them because I was even collecting money. I learnt to communicate well with the clients always smiling and blessing them. The challenging aspects of the job is to be punctual all the time.v

IT and admin
Get in at 5am make sure that everyone can work. Do daily stats. Help desk for agent. I communicate very well with people.(people's person) I learned desktop support at MarketSA as well as admin. I learned that communication is the key, also learned about hardware and software, and now doing admin dealing with clients directly. I enjoy the people and working with hardware. The most challenged is that dealing with 900 people on a daily basis and getting everyone's needs done in one day. (Not enough hours in a day)

Excellent learning curve
I love working at MSA..it is a target driven company.we all friend and work with honest and intergrity.we compete with each other per campaigns..we get incentives. we dont work weekend and holidays and we close the whole month during festives.

I enjoy work
Working has helped me to improve professionally, i am a good communicator,i am a reliable and punctual person. Every weekday i wake up at 4am to prepareto go to work. I start work at 8:00am and i leave at 5:30pm. I enjoy working both individually and as a team depending on the duties i will be executing. I am a happy person with a positive mindset. I have learnt to be a better sales person and habits which must be avoided at work.
Pros: I learnt time management skills and i got exposure to the working environment
Cons: In a month i spend more money to get to work than i will be earning at the end
