Knowledge gained from new company started from structural to manufacturing

i have gained lot of expirience and knowledge taking into consideration that the company was new when we started most of employees were comimg from school with no clue of working environment , only few of employees has worked before we had to take that challenge to mentor them till we get the company going . even today we are still intact having study several coarses while in this company has boosted me with vast knowledge in manufacturing area, im enjoying my work everyday , with the skill of teaching new recruit about operational proccedures , safety and taking care of others at work. we had challenges whereby changing of management affected us due to understanding of process was a bit challenge to new management , but we are able to cope and do bussiness as usually, i decided to look for another opportunity so i can share the skill i have with different environment

Pros: very rear
Cons: i have workerd for many hours when the company was started ,so far it is a normal working hours .

Marley building systems is great company ,exposed to different fields as they mirror each other .

An environment full of challenges and rewards as you resolve or implement new procedures . Need to maintain excellent work ethics through as we deal with different personalities ,good communication skills is required ,fast thinking and sourcing skills as we deal with making profit and cutting cost but giving customers good products and service.

Pros: Builds character
Cons: Not enough room for growth

Good working Experience

mostly dealing with suppliers , warehouse and logistics department. Learnt to be impatient dealing with different personalities and sourcing new supplies . Learnt to be strong minded assertive and understanding with different situations . enjoying solving problems and coming up with new ideas .

Great company to work for but no room for growth

1.maintain supplier relationships 2.negotiate better discount structures and pricing 3.follow up on expected delivery dates 4.stock planning 5.coordinates with imports to sources locally if there are any delays 6.coordinate with logistics to makes sure stock and deliveries are made on time and in full 7.source out new suppliers to keep up with market trends 8.making sure no cost discrepancies with orders send out and when received by accounts 9.negotiating credit limits with suppliers .

Pros: Good for the experience
Cons: No room for promotions

I have leaned so much in thais industry

There are no opportunities,there is no team work.I have so much in this industry,their increase is very little.they don't appreciate even though you work overtimes.

Pros: there are no opportunities they only getting people from outside
Cons: dont pay overtimes
