Great learning curve

The company is not that bad, however the current environment and fairness is unpleasant. I learnt that no matter how hard to try and adapt and how well you do your job some people will never appreciate you real worth and will always point out your mistakes and show that they can do your job better then you can.

Pros: hours are not so bad
Cons: no growth opportunity

This was a great learning curve during the 11 years that I am with the company.

My typical work day starts with scanning through mails and then attend to the urgent ones. I have a good relationship with all my co-workers especially because I have been her for so long. During the 11 Years I have upped my knowledge in Exports with first hand experience in several countries and transport planning, arranging truck for loading etc. What I enjoyed most is that every country have their own challenges and that not one customer requirements are the same. The most challenging aspect of my job will be the internal communication in the company.

Pros: Pension gets paid in full
Cons: No Oppertunity for promotion or growing

I've learn a lot

As much as I worked at Marley pipe systems I arrived as a assembler and worked some time then moved to be a handler while I was a handler I 've trained again to be a forklift operator so I was moved to load and offload the trucks doing dat I was taken to be a storeman dat was then we've been dismissed

Pros: This Will be my greatest opportunity
