I just took the job for some experience in that field

The company consists of a cooperate body. My work experience at the current company dually entails five working days of the week. We sell bridging loans to clients whilst they're waiting for their're lump sum to get paid out to them. I do administration work and filing as well as computer work. I contact clients on a daily basis to gather documentation. I also liaise with the head office in correspondence with the client and contracts. I also deal with the Aedo machine. The office that I'm working in consists of a small body of people interacting with one another. It's quite cosy and friendly yet dynamic at the same time. I honestly enjoy the experience and privilege that I had to gather knowledge in the two years that I've been with the company.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working weekends

I am grateful for the many things i have learned over the years.

A typical work day at Marlin Credit is fun and hardworking. I am in a team that respect and enjoy each others company and respect opinions. Everyone at Marlin Credit Services are family. We grow together and assist each other on daily basis. I have learnt how to be a manager to my once peers and elders within the company. Mostly i enjoy the team work and the togetherness we have. Being a manager is most challenging, having to lead make decisions for others - but it is a skill I have learned to embrace.
