There is a lot to learn there in a short period of time,I had to learn fast and be adequate to everything,every second counts to production and the workers understand that and put efforts to their work all they needed was just a little push or motivation. production needs passion nd if anything goes out of hands you stress like you are losing your own child

Pros: There is a lot to learn,more enterprises
Cons: Long working hours
