IMPROVES MY WORKING SKILL AND ABILITY TO HAVE ANSWERING SKILLS

working along side with City of Cape Town to provide good service for the peoplle is a great experience to have. The company I work for gets tender award when applied and is a succesful candundate e.g Hiring of vehicles and cleaning of informal settlements. Finding the right candidates for such work is always a challenge especially in places like Khayelitsha and Nyanga but we do our outmost best to dilver on the promise we made in the agreement with the City. there ae challnges but we face them and we have a good working relationship amongst ourselves as the employees. It is very important to have a good relationship with the clients and being able to respond to furious clients to making them understand the procedures and processes to be followed. This job has groomed me to always have the right approached in handling clients and customers. thank you

A great learning curve

The company ensures the importances of meeting clients needs, we employ differents kinds of people and we acknowledge the different behaviors that comes with and we still provide good services. Since we are a tendering company in waste management and hiring of vehicles. When applying for tenders in the City it is very important that we provide truthful information as this gives more opportunities for the company in the future as that we provide good services. Working there has been a great opportunity for me as it was the first step i took for my future but now i believe it is time for growth and new experiences for me.
