Good people skill and problem-solving skills

I currently work at Merchants as a Desktop Support Intern. The working environment is healthy and the relationship I have with my colleagues is professional. I have learnt a lot of things such as working under pressure, working with people with different moods and how to handle them in order to keep the work going, having to stay at work for extra hours to get the work done. One thing I enjoy the most is helping people, nothing beats the feeling of knowing that you did your job well and the next person is happy. The most challenging part was having to work with angry people who don't appreciate your work and effort. But at the end of the day, it's work

Pros: I'm looking forward to learn and grow professionally
Cons: I am willing to work extra shifts provided I am made aware of it in advance because of family responsibilities

Excellent learning curve

It a good company that recruits and groom graduates to gain more skills, knowledge and experience, it is a very great platform for beginners who are fresh from varsity but when it comes to placement it is very difficult to get placed at the company of your choice and you don't choose which company you want to be placed in.

Pros: Great opportunity to train for work
Cons: It's difficult to get placed In relavent companies
