The best place for my career path

Working at Mass discounters has been the best time of my life as it was a start of my career. It has been a knowledgeable experience as a team and with customer service. Game is very good when it comes to development, because most team are given a chance to be in all the department within the store and gain some experience. The team is like your second family, we work as a team.

Excerlent working experince

Were i work is not good because i work under agent,we do not have bonus at the end of the year,but is not the same as sitting at home doing nothing,but am realy looking for somethng better to improve my careee and work experience in a diferent work inviroment.

Great working experience

I have learned and grown alot at our company, our seniors are very understanding and supports and guides us with all tasks and activities. Our seniors trust us to make the best decisions for our company and internal aswell as external customers. Growth is not so easily achieved in our environment as we are the smaller section of the business.

Excellent learning curve

My day includes doing pIs, house keeping and packing of stock. I get along with my co workers and most experienced dont mind emparting knowledge. The most challenging thing is dealing with difficult cuatomers

Opportunities to learn

Working for mass discounters is great they give you an opportunity to learn other departments and they also give you the opportunity to go to school to learn about the working environment.my relationship with my co- workers its strictly professional and friendly we work hand in hand,when one don't understand about the product we ask our seniors. I have learned that working together we can archive our goal.

Excellent

I am currently working for PACKAGING WORLD, appointed as warehouse supervisor, I oversee receiving and dispatch supervisor, in charge of stock control, inventory management, picking of stock, movement of raw materials from stores to production to finish goods. I investigate all variances, queries, liaise with commercial manager and production management.

Great opportunity for growth. Only hard work pays off.

I love my job, I am a hard worker. I enjoy working with a disciplined team. I have learned to give a good customer service and appreciate the business that the customer brings in the store. Dealing with an angry customer is very challenging but I make sure that my customer leaves the store happy.
