Admin & Finance

My main Function is Budgeting, Cost & Financial Management of expenses against budgets. On monthly basis audit departments of the Operations to validate their compliance against Business set Policies and Procedures. I do have a good relationship with my Fellow managers and team members, but the most challenging part of my position is people management due to their different backgrounds and cultures. The biggest lesson I've learned is that "The Devil is in the detail" and the thing that I like the most about my current Position is that everyday has his own unique challenge

Pros: Nice group of Managers and the chalanges
Cons: Working Corporate Hours is frustrating
