Its a relaxed environment with lot of duties like colleting outstanding amounts, sending statement to members, processing credit notes, checking the bank statement daily, updating the bank statement, solving queries related to member's account. My relationship with my co-workers is good. I have learned that you need to be firm with the customers, and always be self organized, and be pro active. Is when your hard work pays off, that is reaching target as requested. The challenging aspect of the job is having to remind the members of their payments over and over until they make payment.

Pros: Getting increasing every year and getting bonus every year

Collection of outstanding invoices amounts or outstanding payments. Updating payment schedule, posting of payments into member's account, processing of credit note, checking bank statement on a daily basis.

Pros: we get yearly bonus and increase
