I do not see myself fitting in to the new dynamics

The dynamics of the company has changed drastically, we work independently with no job overview, or support. A typical work day is very busy multitasking various jobs and staff, trying to stay ahead of the jobs that needs to be done. I have learned to get the job done is stressful situations and work under intense pressure as the only one in my department doing the job. I have learned that you need to do things out of your own initiative, and to do things for yourself as none will help. I enjoy that I am in charge and control with what I do and all staff under my management, I enjoy problem solving and, I enjoy when the job is done correctly and timeously. The most challenging aspects is the working environment that is not pleasing and professional.

Cons: not having proper support and working inviroment is unprofessional

Foreign owned space

company may make you to work abnormal hours while u went long distance on tues wen you come back wed morning they wanna give you another load to deliver when you tell them u tired thry threaten to fire you

There is no growth

There is no growth being in this position for more then 4 years, we have problems with HR. They lose contracts and want to replace it. Managers are bullies and are out there for themselves and don't care about informing staff
