Good starting point for my career

Good team working environment with a goal orientated culture. Team has a family feel in it as we are always willing help the next person to reach their full potential. This company has helped a lot with rushing through deadlines and dealing with corporate pressure.

Pros: after a specific amount of time spent with the company we can get to do the course
Cons: working weekends

Great learning experience

Great team, not much support from above Great course co ordinator team, not much support from above, no benifits lack of communication and giving feedback on time, everything is done last minute without preparation or training. They do show empathy to daily struggles however no real support.

The company I am with at the moment is a start up in the EdTech field.

We are a start-up EdTech company. When reviewing my CV, my experience in the HCI Group will be more relevant. I have manufacturing as well as management experience. Manufacturing is the industry I enjoy most.

Pros: It's a start-up so I am involved in many different aspects of the business.
Cons: It is in the CBD, so I travel in a lot of traffic each day.
