A very excellent learning path

Working with pregnant woman can be so challenging and stressful as they have moods they jus get upset every minute . But i enjoy as some you will end up being friends and sharing ideas about kids. The ladies i work with are very nice very understanding and very helpful.

Cons: Knocking off late

Learning more about customer service and admin work

Learning about customer service and managerial ethics and admin work experiencing how to deal with difficult customers and how to solve their daily issues and complaints mostly being the teamleader and the communication with my collegues

Pros: Great opportunity for learning more about customers
Cons: Its normal working hours
