Excellent company growing and having an opportunity to grow within levels

good company promoting young man and woman to grow.trains it's employees more and more and management always ready to listen.challenges are salary stagnation where the salary is the same even if you are more than 2yrs in the company.I enjoy working and interacting with colleagues.very warm and welcoming even the management
