Companies cutting down on use of external consultants, those who are no do not pay timeously.

Difficult to obtain bank financing for equipment and computer packages necessary to do the job due to lack of consistent income and to customers not honouring their invoices timeously.

Pros: Great opportunity to go back to full employment
Cons: Guaranteed monthly income

Excellent exposure to multitasking.

While Mathusi Consulting offers a comprehensive H R Solution this has taught me to be on my toes as different clients demand different offerings at different times.

Pros: Great learning exposure
Cons: Company not doing well as most companies have cut down on the use of Consultants.
