WORKING HAND IN HAND WITH COLLEGES ENSURING STRATEGE OF WORKING SMART ORGARNISE RESPECTFULL GIVE EACH OTHER TIME TO THINK AND SPEAK OUT TO SOLVE ISSUES I LEARN THAT SAFETY IT IS IMPORTANT ON THE WORK PLACE AND OUT SIDE THE WORK IT IS EVERYONE RIGHT TO MAKE OR PROPOSE SAFTY BEFORE YOU BEGIEN ON WHAT YOU DOING. WHEN IAM DOING AUDITING TELLING PEOPLE WHAT WRONG THINGS THAT THEY DONE AND HOW THEY WILL BE DONE ON GOING FOWARD. THE ANSWER OR RESPONSES FROM WORKERS SOMETIME IT HURT BUT IT PART OF THE LEARNING .
