I learnt a lot and earned fair pocket money

Well I was part time working at matrix warehouse, it was my first and official job as I was student earning good pocket money and further learning. Though it only lasted two months I learnt a lot in my field of information technology. It was a small computer shop and my responsibilities was sales consulting, pricing and packaging. I improved my communication by helping out and consulting customers, I also learnt different aspect of computer hardware. My colleges and manager were very helpful teaching me everything they know in that shop we were only 4 which includes the manager, technician, myself as the junior sales and the senior sales consultant. The most challenging aspect was consulting a customer without actually knowing what I'm presenting.

Pros: I was learning every day and the money was good
Cons: Some of the things caught me off guard as I was new but all in all it was a great job

Team leader

The problem is the salary but I really loved the job that I do and I'm very dedicated cause salary its not enough even though for transport stil it doesn't qualify

Good learning curve

Working at the call center is not easy ,you phone people and they swear you ,hostility amongst workers and it's really not nice but I was working there because I needed something to keep me and my grandmother alive

Pros: You rich 100 sales ,you get R10 000 Bonus
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent training

Working at matrix warehouse was nice and enjoyable but there were also challenges I faced of which I over comed.we had a very good relationship with my co-workers,we used to advise each other and we used to work together as a group.I learned that respect,coperating and doing things according to the comany's rules and regulations will make my job easier and simple without any problems.I used to enjoy at my work place mostly at the end of the year when we get together and celebrate our hard work for the year.I did faced some challenges because I remember there was time were we were supposed to make network cables and I didnt have any experience of using the crimper,just because I had a good relationship with my co-workers they helped me.
