I work around positive thinkers, very coroparative people I work very well with group of people. The challenging part si working with sub-contractors without experience

Im currently working in construction industry as a site quantity surveyor.

I have a best relationship with my co-workers. I work very well with people, I have learned to understand that each and every person has the different charector. i have learned that being proffessional at work is the key, asking for clarity if you do not understand, compromising and to be on point is very importand.. Doing monthly claim , sub-contractor certificates and cost reports. Explaining why the claim is less then expenses. Cost report, explaing each and every trade why we are not making a profit.

Pros: Given the opportunity to do almost everything at work. working as a site quantity surveyor on site.
Cons: Unpaid overtime

The best expirience as a site quantity surveyor.

Im very dedicated, determined and flexible person. Easy to work with, working under pressure is not an issue. I work extra hours sometimes to avoid deadlines . i do my best in all my duties and responsibiities.

Pros: Career growth
Cons: Long working hours
