Good learning curve

We work long hours,work as team.recently I was busy with project of installing sectional doors at ccs logics and I'm head tech on that job.we also did job at parmalat of installing high speed doors.I have learn a lot since I start at maxiflex.

I cant grow in the company

Maxiflex is a family business. In the beginning you feel part of the company. They took away my ability to grow in the company I cant go any high in education with the company. They dont give 13th cheque or any bonus or over time.

Customer focused, results driven, high learning curve, perform well under pressure

I am results driven and customer focused. I work extremely well under pressure. I have MS wondows experience and my high learning means I find it easy to adapt to change and improve productivity very quickly. Im a firm believer in working as a team and mange personalities. I do not see numbers but prefer to know employees themselves. I am curious by nature and always want to know what Impact my worm has on my co worker and vice versa to help improve the synergy. I am pro staff. Challenged and finding solution to problems is how i prefer to work. Long hours doesnt scare me however I believe its vital for a happy employees to maintain their work life balance.
